These terms govern use of Whenext at whenext.com. By using the site you agree to them.

Whenext publishes source-based date and window estimates for curated tracks. It is forecasting news, not financial, legal, or investment advice, and not a prediction market. Estimates can be wrong. You are responsible for how you use them.

Some features require an account. Keep your credentials safe. Do not scrape, overload, or interfere with the service, and do not use it to break the law. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the product.

Site content is provided as-is. Brand names, logos, and source favicons identify third parties; see Legal for trademark notes. How we handle personal information is described in Privacy.

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date above shows the latest revision.
