Privacy

Last updated: 31 August 2026.

This policy describes how Whenext (whenext.com) handles personal information. The public site is a forecasting news feed. Some features require an account.

If you create an account we store your email address, sign-in method (email, Google, or Apple), profile details you provide, followed tracks, notification preferences, and related account activity. Google and Apple sign-in are handled by those providers; we receive the account identifiers they share for that flow.

We use Firebase (Google) to authenticate users and store account and product data. We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. If you turn on email notifications, we send mail about followed tracks and account activity.

We do not sell your personal information. We use it to run the product, keep the service secure, and communicate with you about your account.

Signed-in users can download a copy of their account data and delete their account from Settings. Deletion removes the account we control; copies in backups or analytics may persist for a limited time.

Questions about this policy can be sent through the support email shown on the Google or Apple sign-in consent screen.
